How we work
Work Process
Investigation01
Core utilizes both air and direct wipe sampling techniques to understand a spore count in a building. We focus first on find the source of the water intrusion.
Removal02
Core develops a plan of remediation, utilizing a pre-clean, containment, negative air filtration, treatment and finally encapsulation procedure to address the mold incident. After executing, we dispose of affected material.
Clearance03
Core will take final air samples of the impacted areas and compare to both a control sample and previous air sample taken in that area.
